By downloading, installing, or using UT DMV Prep ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
UT DMV Prep is an educational mobile application designed to help users prepare for the Utah DMV written driver's license test. The App provides practice questions, test simulations, and study materials.
The App is intended for educational and practice purposes only. While our questions are based on official Utah DMV materials, the App is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Utah Department of Motor Vehicles. Passing practice tests in the App does not guarantee passing the actual DMV test.
The App offers optional one-time purchases that unlock additional features. All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Refund requests must be directed to Apple.
All content in the App, including questions, explanations, images, and design, is owned by us or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the App's content.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that it will meet your specific requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
